Hello, Gregoire Pau advised me to use ImageMagic 6.5.x with EBImage because of some problems with IM-6.6.x. Does anybody knows where can I get IM-6.5.x in binary for windows 32?. Sourceforge has only the tarballs of source and the binaries only for 6.6 Thanks Heberto Ghezzo Date: Sat, 17 Apr 2010 23:13:19 +0200 From: Gregoire Pau <gregoire.pau@embl.de> To: "R Heberto Ghezzo, Dr" <heberto.ghezzo at="" mcgill.ca=""> Cc: bioc <bioconductor at="" stat.math.ethz.ch=""> Subject: Re: [BioC] [R] Poblems wih EBImage Message-ID: <4BCA246F.1040200 at embl.de> Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1; format=flowed Hello Heberto, The issue you are reporting seems to be due to a recent modification of the ImageMagick API, on which EBImage relies on to read/write images. We are currently fixing this issue. In the meanwhile, please use a previous version of ImageMagick (such as 6.5.x). Best regards, Greg --- Gregoire Pau EMBL Research officer http://www.ebi.ac.uk/~gpau/
