Dear Sir When I run bioconductor  GEOquery package I could perform the GEOquery for  sample data mentioned PDF, GSE2553 when I perform the same for another data set 'GSE5764 in GEO  I get the out put of the sample data set performed before. My out put file are mentioned below, can you help by giving the recent version of bioconductor GEOquery package, hope it works well in it. gse <- getGEO("GSE5764")(gse[[1]])dat <- exprs(gse[[1]]) what should i do if  I need to download a new dataset from GEO.
