Dear Madam/Sir,, Can you tell me about clustering of microarray data into Bioconductor that is occur on the basis of expression value or we can create cluster on the basis of Fold Change ?? Thank you Varpal [[alternative HTML version deleted]]

Dear Varpal, I think you should create it based on fold change. Dear Varpal, I don't think someone is going to give you a tutorial on clustering with bioconductor here. You'll have to get in touch with basics of microarray clustering yourself. To get you started, fundamental R packages for clustering analysis are "cluster", "class", "stats". To cluster genes (for instance) you will have to choose a metric, *ie* a similarity measure to define how 'close' 2 different genes are. But Fold-Change is not a distance and so won't be at the basis of a unsupervised clustering.
