Dear Colleagues, We will start soon a cancer bioinformatics project. The goal is to find sets of hundreds or (preferably) tens of genes, differentially expressed in various clinical situations and cancer localizations (breast, prostate, bladder, ovarian, etc). We are looking for collaborators (various part time jobs) - skilled in Bioconductor, able to pre-process (normalization, summarization, clustering, etc) custom microarray data, to find differentially expressed genes, and describe the analysis and the results in PDF reports (like Bioconductor Books).
