Hi, Has someone ever used package "goProfiles" to compare four or more lists of genes? I can use "mergeProfilesLists" function to construct the dataframe containing the GOProfiles of four lists of genes, but the "profNames=" argument fails to function when the gene lists merged are more than 2. Moreover, it is impossible to plot four profiles together using "plotProfiles". There are always two bars for a category. Does anyone know what is the problem? Or "goProfiles" can not be used for more than two lists of genes? Thanks a lot. Weiwei
