Question regarding Agi4x44 PreProcess... I am trying to read a set of txt files from the raw tar for this data set: GSE11682 from the GEO. The link is: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/query/acc.cgi?acc=GSE11682. The documentation for this library seems to require reading in one text file at a time. Is there a command to read all of the text files and pre process them?
