Hello Folks, I often found myself needing a searchable Bioconductor archive, so I ended up implementing one: Try it out here: http://www.liondb.org/biocond Finding relevant text by searching is notoriously hard to efficiently implement, the site above uses a MySQL feature that computes relevance scores of the words. The results are sorted by the accumulated relevance scores.
