Hi Guys, baySeq requires original mapped read count for mRNAseq as the input as like other tools such as DEGseq and DESeq. So, I was wondering whether baySeq is also doing a simple scaling normalization by dividing library sizes within the method as like DEGseq and DESeq before doing DE analysis. Is it? Anybody who knows that? Thanks in advance --S [[alternative HTML version deleted]]
