best match for illumina human WG-1 vs human WG-2?

Has anyone worked out a "best match" correspondence for beads on human WG-1 and WG-2 illumina chips? [[alternative HTML version deleted]]

Dear Vincent: About 82% of the human v1 probes (probe sequences) were replaced or removed in v2. Therefore, you will find very little overlap in probe sequence between the two versions. Maybe a sensible way to find the correspondence is to match the gene symbols (better to Entrez gene id) or RefSeq gene names.
