Hi, When I was using the procedure of "mt.teststat" in multtest package, I got the message "NA/NaN/Inf in foreign function call (arg 1)" and could not proceed. There is no missising data in my dataframe. I loaded the only dependant package "ctest" but did not help. Does any one know what's the problem? Thanks for your help, Jeff
