Hi, I am new to MAANOVA. Could someone teach me how to output the results to TXT or XLS files. How can I get the p value table of the group comparison for the genes. anova.mix<-fitmaanova(kidney, model.mix) ftest.mix<-ftest(data=kidney,model=model.mix, term="SampleID") Above is the command I submit. Should I get p value table of the group comparison for the genes from FTEST. Thank you for your help Lang Chen Research Assistant Department of Biostatistics Section on Statistical Genetics Ryals Public Health Building, Suite 343A University of Alabama at Birmingham 1530 3rd Ave S Birmingham, Alabama 35294 Tel 205-9757772
