Hi, I am trying to map affy SNP ID to it pubmed ID to get all the related abstract. I read the manual for package "annotate", there is an example using the package "hgu95av2.db", so you can use the probe id map to PMID. I wonder if there is a similar package for Affy SNP6.0?
