Hi, I was wondering if its possible to incorporate technical reps and biological reps in Limma. There was a post some time ago saying this would be implemented, is it possible in the current version? We have 6-7 biological reps for each of 4 treatments, and duplicate technical reps and would like to incorporate this into the analysis. thanks simon.
