Dear Bioconductor users, I'm struggling installing KEGGgraph on my win 64 machine, The error is package 'Rgraphviz' could not be loaded, so then I went to install Rgraphviz, but the one from source("http://www.bioconductor.org/biocLite.R") biocLite("Rgraphviz ") is not working for win64, I then followed http://cran.bic.nus.edu.sg/bin/windows64/contrib/2.11/ReadMe: "" which needs the system64/bin directory of the installation of WPG System 64 from http://www.horizonchess.com/wpg64 in the PATH."
