Hello, My name is Mary and I am writing from Northwestern University. I have a question about setting up a server for GeneTraffic. We were using GeneTraffic for our microarry analysis but it seems that the hard drive in the computer that was our server has crashed. We would like to set up a new server, but don't know if it can go on a computer with with a windows operating system. Our previous server was on a linux computer. Do you know if GeneTraffic needs to be run on a linux computer or can it be on a computer with a windows operating system? The actual server computer, not just running the program. Any information you have about this will be a big help.
