Dear List Members, There are currently two postdoc positions available in my group with funding secured for 2-4 years. One position is in the next generation sequencing area related to RNA/ChIP/SNP-Seq data analysis and the other one in the computational chemical genomics field. Both positions will involve a combination of novel computational method development and discovery oriented data analysis tasks. Ideal candidates should have a strong background in computer sciences and statistical data analysis, and should be proficient in at least two of the following programming languages: C/C++, Python and R.
