Hi there, Is there a way in bioconductor to find kinases and their phosphorylating targets? Apologize if it is a little bit off topic. Thanks, Ed [[alternative HTML version deleted]]

Apologize if it is a little bit off topic. Kinases are relatively easy. Try GO: GO:0016301 [Kinase Activity] As for their phosphorylation targets, I don't know of a comprehensive resource outside of Bioconductor so there won't be one within Bioconductor. Sean

I probably should put "besides GO" :). But thanks a lot! Do you think PPI database or some kinase databases outside might work? I am kinda searching them these days.
