Hello again, I am following on my recent post regarding trying to make a probe package database for a custom, PM-only Affy microarray. I have found further discussions at https://stat.ethz.ch/pipermail/bioconductor/2007-February/016083.html and https://stat.ethz.ch/pipermail/bioconductor/2005-September/010249.html that allude to having to alter getProbeDataAffy() to allow for PM-only probe chips. I have started looking at the source code for makeProbePackage and getProbeDataAffy, but altering these is very much beyond me. Therefore, I would like to know if someone has successfully altered the code to allow for proceeding with AnnotationDbi and thus altcdfenvs?
