Dear BioC list, I am looking for a NGS service preferentially located in US, California but alternatively also in germany. The project I'm working on involves whole genome sequencing of 60-90 human tumor-samples, so I think Illumina is the most feasible, but for now I would just like to hear as many offers as possible. I would be greatful for some references. best, Noemi [[alternative HTML version deleted]]

Hi, Noemi. Illumina itself offers whole-genome sequencing as a service and is very competitive in terms of price. Another whole-genome sequencing provider to consider is Complete Genomics--pricing is pretty comparable to Illumina. Definitely set up direct meetings with whatever groups you decide to consider to get the most up-to-date information. Thanks Sean! I already consulted Complete Genomics, now lets see about Illumina... ________________________________ Von: Sean Davis <sdavis2@mail.nih.gov> CC: bioconductor@r-project.org Gesendet: Dienstag, den 5. Another option is the BGI (http://www.genomics.cn/en/index.php), the world largest sequencing center so far. They have branches in US as well as in Europe. Hi, you could check with genotypic.co.in for competitive pricing.
