Hello, Is there an implementation of Plier+16 in any Bioconductor package? I can't find one, so it's got me wondering why. I'm very new to R and Bioconductor. Is there a simple way to modify the justPlier() function to convert it to Plier+16? I understand that the '+16' part of Plier+16 refers to the addition of a constant to expression measures, so I'm wondering if it's possible to do this type of analysis with existing packages?
