Hello, Is there a complete stand-alone version of the affy package and if so, is the c source code available for this? I'm mostly interested in using some of the background correction and normalization functions of the affy package with some other functions I have written in MATLAB. I am not familiar with the intricacies of R and the c code required to attach the algorithms with the R environment. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
