question for users of Affymetrix MAS

Dear all, I'd like to know what is the largest number of arrays known to man that Affymetrix software MAS is able to handle... would anybody have a hint ? Thanks, L.

I think it depends on what kind of work you do with MAS and what kind of computer you have. I have used MAS 5.0 to conduct 30 - 40 batch analyses. It was slow but worked.
