Dear all, Has anyone performed a successful estVC or lvs (both in LVSmiRNA library) on an Elist? I have manually created an EList, and as I am novice the list might be incorrect, so I would appreciate if anyone could send me an EList.

Hi Ali Why do need to create an EList manually? Please have a look at the vignette that goes with the package. It needs to have row data as input.
