Hi, I have a rather strange task that needs to be done due to an unfortunate situation. I have an AffyBatch object and I was wondering if it was possible to extract the raw .CEL files from this AffyBatch file? Any sort of general idea of how to do it would be greatly helpful. Thanks, Fong [[alternative HTML version deleted]]

I believe you can do this using the affxparser package. I would look at createCel and updateCel in particular. Thanks for the suggestion. I was able to successfully do this with the createCel() and updateCel() functions. Fong On Mon, Jun 25, 2012 at 2:33 PM, James W.
