Hi, I am trying to use the plier package on data generated from Affy Hgu133A chips. I want to use an alternate cdf (brainarray Entrezcdf). I was wondering how to do it and how to set the model parameters in plier. Moreover, is it O.K. to use the PLIER normalization with entrezcdf? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
