Hello, I am trying to repeat the edgeR process for section 3.3, 3.4 and 3.5 of the edgeR user guide. However, in the edgeR data folder, labeled 'data', there are only four .txt files. These .txt files are used to implement edgeR analysis the SAGE experiment for sections 3.1 and 3.2 only.
