That was an easy fix. I usually check the package listing under HTML
help
when I first install new packages. The Bioconductor packages were not
showing. I loaded Biobase to check command line help before I replied
to
you. That synchronized the packages and now all of the HTML help pages
are
available. Sorry to bother you.

Can you give more information as to what exactly you're trying to do
