Dear All, This is my 1st post to bioconductor so please bear with me if I violate any rule. I want to do pathway analysis on my Mycobactirum tuberclosis microarray data. I tried to explore and I got few tools/packages for human, mouse, yeast etc but Mycobacterium. If there is a package or tool available in bioconducor or outside to do pathway analysis of Mycobacterium, kindly inform me about it. Thanks in advance.
