I am working of data from Arabidopsis Affymetrix 25k chips using Bioconductor. I tried to locate annotation package, which would have automatic, direct links from genes especially to GO annotations and PubMed abstracts, in the way similar to several human chips. Did anybody know how can I obtain it?
