Hi Shan, Here is a good way to get acquainted with Bioconductor's basic GO analysis capabilities: biocLite(c ('GOstats', 'topGO')) library(GOstats) library(topGO) vignette('GOstatsHyperG') vignette('topGO') The two vignettes will be displayed in your default pdf viewer.
