Hello everybody, I wanted to fit a linear model according to design matrix derived from the MA$targets. The problem is that the order of the arrays stored in the MAlist (or RGlist) object is different from the order in the MA$targets slot. Is there a simple way to reorder the arrays stored in the MA object like they are in MA$targets? Thank you again for you patience! :) Ciao Emanuele
