I would like to know how to determine the differentially expressed genes for more than two types of variables for a set of genes ?? Can this be done with the limma package ?? If so can anyone suggest the right tutorial ? -- output of sessionInfo(): Limma package Rversion 2.15 -- Sent via the guest posting facility at bioconductor.org.

Please read the rather extensive limma user guide: http://www.bioconductor.org/packages/2.11/bioc/vignettes/limma/inst/do c/usersguide.pdf On Tuesday, October 16, 2012, priya [guest] wrote: > > I would like to know how to determine the differentially expressed genes > for more than two types of variables for a set of genes ??
