Hi all, What's the difference between marray and (marrayClasses + marrayNorm + input + plots)? can i load marray package only? btw, why does it needs "limma" and the latter don't. Thanks for help!! Hi Christina, marray is the combined package of (marrayClasses + Norm + ...) In the next release, we will be removing marray* packages and left with only "marray". You should load the package marray only.
