Doesn't look like an annotation package (per se) exists. GEOquery will attempt to pull the data into an ExpressionSet whereby the featureData will contain the genomic coordinates and other provided information; further annotation would then be up to you, as there does not seem to exist either an organism package for Synechocystis nor a package for this custom chip.
