Hello everybody, I used to use the following statement to read in the affy CEL data: Data<-ReadAffy("a.CEL") But I couldn't read the data in for one case, and the data person told me that it is because the data was created using new expression scanner. Would you please let me know if you have met similar issue, and how to solve it. Thank you so much for your help! Feng
