Hello Julian-
You should be able to install DiffBind on your linux using the
standard Bioconductor installation procedure (see
http://www.bioconductor.org/install/).
> biocLite("DiffBind")
This will figure out all the dependancies (there are a fair number),
and re-compile everything that needs compiling.
Cheers-
Rory

Subject: Question for DiffBind julian rozenberg
Hello,
I am trying to run DiffBind from Unix.
Shall I download whole package and install it from gz?
Is it correct that to work with the package I also have to install
dependencies and dependencies of dependencies?
Thanks you,
