Hello Julian- You should be able to install DiffBind on your linux using the standard Bioconductor installation procedure (see http://www.bioconductor.org/install/). > biocLite("DiffBind") This will figure out all the dependancies (there are a fair number), and re-compile everything that needs compiling.
