Hi all, I'm trying to annotate the hugene20st probes into gene names etc al. But I cannot find the package "hugene20st.db" . There is only "hugene20stcdf" available. I'm wondering if anyone knows about the annotation of hugene20st? The probe ID's look like "16912354" and so on. I can find two .db packages (hugene20sthsrefseq.db_17.1.0.tar.gz <http: brainarray.mbni.med.umich.edu="" bioc="" src="" contrib="" hugene20sthsref="" seq.db_17.1.0.tar.gz="">, hugene20sthsentrezg.db_17.1.0.tar.gz <http: brainarray.mbni.med.umich.edu="" bioc="" src="" contrib="" hugene20sthsent="" rezg.db_17.1.0.tar.gz="">) for hugene20 but their probe IDs are in different format, so I cannot annotate based on them anyway.
