Hi- I am looking for a guide to DEXSeq. By this I mean pure code with brief description of each section, kinda like a protocol. The users guide is like a dictionary, but still, I would like a protocol to look at so my implementation of DEXSeq is flawless. Many of you may agree as time is precious. I have reviewed all documentation and the vignette but feel like I am still unable to get through DEXSeq from start to finish without running into a roadblock of sorts. Thanks, M.L. It also flies like an arrow. > > I have reviewed all documentation and the vignette but feel like I am > still unable to get through DEXSeq from start to finish without running > into > a roadblock of sorts. The vignette along with the API documentation is meant to be the thing you are asking for. And the publication, of course. Could you elaborate on what roadblocks you are running into? Providing a quick description of the experimental design of the data you are analyzing along with examples of code that you have tried and where the problems you are running into are within that context will maximize the likelihood that someone here can help. Simply mentioning that there are roadblocks somewhere that need to be cleared without letting anybody know where they might be leaves us in an impossible position to help. -Steve -- Steve Lianoglou Computational Biologist Bioinformatics and Computational Biology Genentech [[alternative HTML version deleted]]
