Dear all, I have a large set of Afymetrix .CEL files (around 8000) and I would like to use justRMA() function but it doesn't work! It would be wonderful if someone provides me a part of code or Bioconductor package that can help normalizing my large set. I want to create an ExpressionSet object without Affybatch. Thanks in advance and have a nice day, Nehme PhD candidate Montreal, Canada [[alternative HTML version deleted]]

Please provide the code you used to attempt this, as well as the error you get when you attempted it ("it doesn't work" is not very informative), as well as the output of `sessionInfo()` so that we know what package versions (plus system architecture) you are running. > It would be wonderful if someone provides me a part of code or Bioconductor > package that can help normalizing my large set.
