hi; I am wondering what versions of: "miranda","mirbase","mirtarget2","pictar","tarbase","targetscan" are provided by the current version of 'RmiR.Hs.miRNA'. Also, were the above DBs filtered in any way? (A similar query in 2011: https://stat.ethz.ch/pipermail/bioconductor/2011-May/039352.html was unanswered, so I am CCing Francesco here.)
