Hi, I was trying to use minfi to make an RGChannelSet from BeadStudio data. I don't have the idat files, but I have the signal A and Signal B intensities for 27k array data. Is it possible to make an RGset with this? thanks! [[alternative HTML version deleted]]

Well, kind of. You presumably don't have the control probe intensities, so what you will end up with is a kind of reduced (smaller) RGChannelSet. There is no function I know of, which does this. It would not be too hard, assuming you are familiar with the internals of minfi (which may take some time). You essentially need to figure out the Address for each CpG.
