Dear R users, I would like to introduce OMICtools (http://omictools.com), the first didactic directory that provides an overview of more than 1800 tools with particular attention to HTS and microarray data analysis. OMICtools is expected to serve as a useful educational resource not only for bioinformaticians, but also for biomedical researchers/life scientists with little computing experience.
