Dear Nidhi, I've copied this onto the Bioconductor mailing list as we're now talking about a package from there, and it may be useful to others in the future to find this discussion. Can you please give me some more details as to how it is not working. If you could include the command you are running and any error messages that are produced, that would be great. Including the output from running the command sessionInfo() after you have encounter the problem will let me know exactly which versions of packages you are using. Nidhi, We are suspecting that the file is truncated; perhaps a bad download.
