Hi, when I install the package gCMAPWeb, I got the following error message: > biocLite("gCMAPWeb") BioC_mirror: http://bioconductor.org Using Bioconductor version 2.11 (BiocInstaller 1.8.3), R version 2.15. Unless you want to install a MBNI remapped cdf or probe package, there is no problem. However, you might consider upgrading to a more current R version.
