Hi Srinivas,
I am using dmpFinder and i am facing an error as below.
Warning message:
In contrasts.fit(fit, contrasts(pheno)) :
row names of contrasts don't match col names of coefficients
Could you please assist me in what is happening and why i am getting
this error.
