Hi Chris, Is this what you were looking for? http://www.bioconductor.org/packages/release/data/annotation/html/TxDb .Hsapiens.UCSC.hg18.knownGene.html Then you could use the GENEID from that previous package to get the gene name from here: http://www.bioconductor.org/packages/release/data/annotation/html/org.
