Dear Dr. Tenenbaum and All, Thank you very much for providing BioC AMI, which helped my computation. However, I have another request: Does it possible to add other options in the EC2 instance type such as c3.8xlarge and r3.8xlarge, please? Many thanks in advance. Dear Dr. Tenenbaum, Now I can log in and apparently I should report that c3.8xlarge is still not working yet. The message is as follows: Error Template validation error: Parameter InstanceType failed to satisfy constraint: Choose a valid EC2 instance type from http://aws.amazon.com/ec2/instance-types/ May be I should wait for a while and try again later.
