Dear List, I discovered an issue with the latest version of SCAN.UPC that was causing problems with Affymetrix HuGene 1 and HuGene 2 arrays. It was using only a portion of the array probes and in some cases may have produced incorrect summarized values. I have corrected this and posted the update to Bioconductor. If you have used SCAN.UPC to processe HuGene 1/2 arrays, it would be best to reprocess them. I regret any inconvenience this may cause. Please send me an off-list message if you have any questions.
