Hi there! It appears that the function split.AffyBatch was removed from affy. It used to work well sometimes and work bad other times. I'm not sure mine is the latest version of affy although I assume it updates automatically when library(affy) is executed. Any ideas? Thanks. Wenbin

you can now use the split method. instead of "split.AffyBatch" simply type "split" On Wed, 6 Oct 2004, Wenbin Liu wrote: > Hi there! Also note that loading the affy package does *not* automatically update the package. To do that you need to use reposTools. library(reposTools) update.packages2("affy") Jim Rafael A.
