Hi!

Is it already possible to color the surface of the circles or ellipses in a venn diagram constructed with the vennDiagram function of the Limma package?
So far it uses to be only possible to color the circles' borders and not their surfaces.

This tool is for me the best and simple one for venn diagram, it will be nice if it was possible to generate quite pretty diagrams  as well.

Good suggestion. We have actually already written code to color the complete circle or ellipse with VennDiagram. It will be in the public limma package soon.
